TEHRAN, May 08 (MNA) – Three explosions were heard in Kabul's 13th security zone, local media have reported on Saturday afternoon According to eyewitnesses, the explosions took place near the Seyyed al-Shohada school.

According to Ofoq News Agency, unconfirmed reports indicate that the explosions were caused by a rocket.

Moments ago, the Ministry of Interior of Afghanistan confirmed the reports.

Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Arian the blasts happened at 4:27 PM Kabul local time.

No further details have been released either by the media or the authorities.
