TEHRAN, November 24 (MNA) – Archaeologists announced on Saturday the discovery of dozens of ancient mummified animals at Saqqara necropolis, in Giza province, Egypt.

The discovery includes a large collection of wooden and bronze cat statues, as well as what are believed to be two lion cubs, and several crocodiles and birds.
