TEHRAN, December 03 (MNA) – The 28th technical meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Foreign Ministers is underway in Mashhad, northeastern Iran.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi delivered a speech in this meeting.
