Syria’s air defenses repelled on Friday night a new Israeli aggression on Damascus southern countryside.
SANA news agency quoted a military source as saying that that the Syrian Army’s air defenses downed most of the hostile missiles.
“At 23:03 p.m.
on Friday 21-10-2022, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial act of aggression from the direction of Tiberias Lake, targeting some sites in the vicinity of Damascus City,” the military source said in statement to SANA The Syrian air defenses intercepted the hostile missiles and downed most of them, the source said, noting that only material damages were reported.
Activists on social media reported the Israeli aggression, with some user posting video showing the Israeli missiles.
