The Israeli occupation forces launched a deadly series of airstrikes on the eastern areas of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, just moments after issuing evacuation orders.

Vehicles carrying dozens of wounded and martyred Palestinians poured into Nasser Hospital amid the continuous Israeli bombing of populated areas.

At least 16 people, including six from one family, have been killed and dozens were wounded in the targeted Israeli aerial and artillery bombardment on Khan Younis.

Homes were destroyed, and rescue teams struggled to recover all the bodies of the martyrs, including a two-year-old child.

Palestinian media reported from the scene, detailing the devastation caused by the recent Israeli bombardment.

Injuries were also reported in other areas, with urgent calls for ambulances to be dispatched for evacuation.

The Civil Defense in Gaza reported that over 400,000 people have been ordered to leave the eastern areas of Khan Younis by the Israeli occupation forces.

Despite the displacement orders, the Palestine Red Crescent Society warned that the areas designated for the displaced are not safe, and hospitals are overwhelmed with shortages due to the ongoing aggression.

Adding to the chaos, the Ministry of Health in Gaza issued a desperate plea for blood donations in Khan Younis to help the critically wounded individuals.

Meanwhile, in a shocking turn of events, Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a UN convoy heading to Gaza City, causing the teams to take cover with no injuries reported.
