The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has now entered its 231st day, with alarming reports coming out of the region.

The medical director of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, located in the center of the Gaza Strip, has issued a warning of a looming health catastrophe if the hospital does not receive an urgent fuel supply.

The dire situation in Gaza has been exacerbated by the Israeli bombing of hospitals and health centers, with 33 hospitals and 55 health centers rendered out of service.

This has led to the death of 493 medical personnel and the discovery of mass graves inside hospitals.

The toll of the aggression has risen to 35,800 martyrs and 80,200 wounded and injured during the 230 days of the aggression.

Children and women make up a significant portion of the casualties, with 15,239 children and 10,093 women among the martyrs.

In the latest attacks, 24 martyrs were killed in central Gaza within 24 hours, with residential areas being targeted by Israeli artillery and airstrikes.

The occupation forces have also targeted Rafah in the south, leading to violent clashes between the resistance and Israeli occupation forces.

The situation in Gaza remains critical, with the health system on the brink of collapse and civilian casualties mounting.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital's warning serves as a stark reminder of the urgent need for international intervention to end the violence in the region.
