There are many people who help the poor and visit underprivileged families.

However, which person, first of all, does so during the time of his rule and power; secondly, does so on a regular basis; and thirdly, does not limit himself to just giving financial aid? He sits and has a friendly relationship with a family, with an old man, with a blind person, and with small children to make their hearts happy.
