TEHRAN, March 26 (MNA) – Several people were injured following an attack carried out by the United States on eastern areas of Syria early on Tuesday.The United States targeted areas in Syria's Deir ez-Zur, Al Mayadin, and Al Bukamal, according to Arab news sources.

Meanwhile, Syrian sources reported that the US aircraft carried out 10 air strikes on areas in Deir ez-Zur and its suburbs.

Initial reports indicated that 5 local military forces linked to the Syrian army were injured during the US attacks.
