TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei paid a visit to the exhibition of “Pioneers of Progress” in Tehran. - Economy news - Ayatollah Khamenei on Tuesday visited the expo, where Iran’s latest achievements, as well as its scientific and economic capabilities, are on display. A number of Iranian manufacturers and private sector owners met with the Leader in the expo, held at the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah of Tehran.A number of economic activists from the private sector also expressed their views in talks with the Leader.In remarks at a meeting with Iranian workers in April 2024, Ayatollah Khamenei stressed the need for Iranian officials to explain the groundwork needed for people's presence and participation in the production process and to prepare the grounds for this participation.“Now, this includes fostering cooperation —creating cooperatives for production— supporting work-from-home jobs, supporting handicrafts, and facilitating the formation of knowledge-based companies,” the Leader stated.
