Paris, SANA-The Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024 broke out on Friday of the stadium to take over the heart of the city for the first time in history.Participating delegations paraded along the Seine in front of hundreds of thousands of people gathered along the banks.Athletes arrived via boat and cruised down the Seine for the Parade of Nations.

The ceremony highlighted historic Paris landmarks, including the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral and the Louvre.Despite rain, the roughly four-hour 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony went off without a hitch.
