Palestinian Health Ministry Urges International Pressure for Medical Aid Access The Palestinian Ministry of Health has called on the international community to press the Israeli occupation to open border crossings and allow the entry of medical supplies, medicines, and fuel.
Gaza's hospitals are overwhelmed, with severe shortages in medical supplies and fuel, jeopardizing the lives of thousands, particularly vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly.
The Ministry warned that the ongoing Israeli aggression and siege have nearly collapsed Gaza's healthcare system, worsening the humanitarian crisis.
There is an urgent need for food aid, medical teams, and humanitarian corridors for the injured.
Additionally, the Ministry highlighted the financial strain on Gaza's health sector due to withheld Israeli funds, which threatens the continuation of essential services.
Immediate international intervention is needed to ensure the survival of healthcare services in Gaza.
