TEHRAN, April 23 (MNA) – Saudi Arabia's deputy foreign minister, Waleed Al-Khuraiji will travel to Tehran soon, Abdullah bin Saud al-Anzi, the Saudi ambassador in Iran announced.The Saudi envoy made the remarks in an interview with Alsharq, saying that a delegation from the Saudi Export Development Organization will come to Iran next week to attend Iran Expo 2024.

Mohammad Al-Otaibi will be appointed as the new Consul-general of Saudi Arabia in Mashahd, the Saudi envoy also said, adding that his mission will probably start in the next two weeks.

EIsewhere in his remarks he said, " It is expected that 6,000 Iranian pilgrims will go to Mecca for Umrah pilgrimage in the next few days and before the start of Hajj season." MNA
