19 aims to enable the Ministry to keep pace with developments in media and administrative systems along with tools around the world to optimally activate the ministry’s role.Passing this law was in the context of modernizing the legislation regulating the work of government institutions, in a way that provides them with working mechanisms that enable them to exercise their supervisory, administrative and executive role in accordance with modern and latest developments.
